Referred for prosecution...

MASSACHUSETTS – Six (6) staff members of the state Dept. of Public Health (DPH) have been referred to the Attorney General’s office for criminal prosecution.

The referrals for criminal review were filed by Lawrence “Doc” Pruyne PhD, a staff journalist in western Massachusetts. Pruyne made the referrals based on information from a civil complaint filed in federal court by Massachusetts resident John Beaudoin Sr.

In the complaint, Beaudoin v Baker et al., filed in U.S. District Court in 2022, the court was notified that analysis of about 460,000 death certificates, dated 2015 through 2022, indicate medical examiners in the DPH engaged in fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and illegally falsifying public documents.

“Eighty to 90% of the covid labeled deaths in Massachusetts were fraudulently entered as covid when covid had no causal relationship to the deaths,” Beaudoin said. “It is undeniable that massive amounts of fraud did occur.”

In the complaint, Beaudoin summarized official Massachusetts death records obtained through a public records request. Exhibit F, sworn to under penalties of perjury, shows that hundreds of deaths labeled “COVID-19” were actually due to fentanyl overdose, blunt force trauma, or the so-called covid “vaccines,” defined as genetic therapies by the FDA.

The extent of the alleged fraud suggests a coordinated campaign to selectively misrepresent cause of death. The data reveals deaths by renal failure more than doubled from 2019 rates. According to the data, the frequency of many critical illnesses jumped, including cancers, system-wide organ failures, heart attacks and strokes.

“The information is extensive and compelling,” Pruyne said. “The exhibits, including hundreds of graphs based on official data, visually tell the story. The numeric data then supports the obvious conclusion of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.”

The work of Medical Examiner Dr. Janice Grivetti, summarized in Exhibit F, is cited by Beaudoin as one example of a pattern of misrepresentation. Grivetti attributed death to “Covid-19” on 21 death certificates. Covid-19 is a respiratory disease. Two of the 21 death certificates list a respiratory-based cause of death. Three records list “acute fentanyl intoxication,” one report involves “blunt force trauma of torso,” and five records cite “obesity” along with “Covid-19.” Four involve “Covid-19” with no other causes listed.

An example of gross fraud cited in the federal complaint is the case of 30-year-old Brianna McCarthy, a school teacher in Methuen who had Covid-19 three months before date of death but was free of the disease thereafter. Six doctors published a case study, “Fatal Post COVID mRNA-Vaccine Associated Cerebral Ischemia,” which identifies cause of death as a massive stroke two weeks after McCarthy received her second Moderna shot. The doctors wrote, “Venous thromboses (deep vein blood clots) have been linked to several COVID-19 vaccines, but … Here we describe a case of … vaccine-associated diffuse cortical edema.”

Medical Examiner Dr. Steven Schwartz listed underlying cause of death (UCOD) as “COVID-19” on death record SFN_NUM 19578. Non-traumatic cerebral herniation and ischemic stroke are also listed on the document. McCarthy’s death is entered in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, the federal database for vaccine injuries and deaths, ID #1368271.

According to six clinical investigators, the true cause of McCarthy’s death was vaccination.

“This betrayal of trust is horrific, but could also cost average people an awful lot of money,” Pruyne said. “The Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program started adjudicating claims for wrongful death. These fraudulent death certificates will prevent as many as 4,000 families in the Commonwealth from receiving up to $250,000 compensation for their loss and suffering. This also confounds how insurance companies will set rates for life and health insurance. Fraud cannot go unpunished. It messes with our economic system on so many levels.”

Beaudoin has made previous efforts to notify officials of the Commonwealth about the discrepancies. 

"In August 2022, I notified the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office  and Department of Public Health  of specific evidence of falsified state vital records,” Beaudoin said. “For nearly a year and a half since, the AGO and DPH refused to investigate per their legal duty and Oaths of office.  Hundreds have since died as a result of their inaction, including children as young as 6 years old.  The truth is coming.  People are going to be shocked at the numbers of deaths from government recommended injections, drug protocols and mechanical ventilation."
